An Open Letter To Visitors

Thank you for visiting "Our American Freedom".

I wrote the song out of pent-up frustration, anger, and disgust with many of our "public servant" officials on both sides of the aisle.  They give new meaning to the phrase, "we need to cull the herd."  My hope is it will stir Americans, regardless of party, to search their souls and only vote for those who take a stand to preserve our Constitutional rights and freedoms, support a more limited government, keep a strong defense, and promote entrepreneurial capitalism.  Judge them by what they do, not by what they say.  They are masters of "Who are you going to believe, ME, or your own eyes?"  From my vantage point of that of a retired 69-year old grandfather watching our country rapidly being steered towards the socialist left, the words to this song were spawned.  Hopefully, they will fan the fire of freedom that burns within every breast, and become a rallying song of protest for those who want to see our country back on track.  At the same time, send a not-so-subtle message to the politicians who court their vote.  Nothing strikes more fear in a politician than a riled-up, motivated, electorate armed with the power of the ballot.

So turn up the sound, sit back and enjoy.
